Weather Delays and Scheduling

Blue Collar Concrete shall not be held liable for delays caused by weather, supplier delays, inspections, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Workmanship Standards
Blue Collar Concrete performs all work in accordance with generally accepted construction practices and applicable Michigan building codes.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface variations, color differences, hairline cracking, or texture inconsistencies. These characteristics are normal and do not constitute defects.
Repairs and Warranty Limitations
Any workmanship warranties will be outlined in writing within your service agreement or invoice.
Blue Collar Concrete is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by soil movement or frost heave
- Improper drainage or site conditions not disclosed
- Excessive weight loads beyond design limits
- Customer misuse or neglect
- Third-party modifications or repairs
Mechanic’s Lien Rights (Michigan)
Pursuant to Michigan law (Michigan Construction Lien Act, MCL 570.1101–570.1305), Blue Collar Concrete reserves the right to file a construction lien against the property if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.
Property owners may receive a Notice of Furnishing or related lien documentation as required by Michigan law.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your written agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage, late fees, collection actions, or lien filing as permitted by Michigan law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, Blue Collar Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or service performance.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
Intellectual Property
